by r60920 I've added a very rough version of:

r.valley.bottom: a script to calculate a Multi-resolution Valley Bottom
Flatness (MrVBF) index

inspired by

John C. Gallant and Trevor I. Dowling 2003.
A multiresolution index of valley bottom flatness for mapping depositional
areas.

testing and hints for improvements are very welcome ...
