[GRASS-user] Re: Arcgrid - strange values

Hy Frank,

I did not set the region as the raster but the region was "correct." However now I have done so and I'll do another test (I'll tell you if it worked).
PS: The raster with 1,2 .. 9-10 digits are imported correctly....but 13 digits no :confused:

Thank you

Gabriele

Gabriele,

I did some investigations using r.out.arc some time ago. There were
differences between the rasters, but after I set the region the raster
values were exactly the same. Have you set the region with g.region
rast=<raster>?

Bye Frank

Hi Daniel, Hi Frank.

I tried to export in different ways (as GeoTIFF, as float etc. ..) and
import it into arc in different ways. At this point, I think it is a
limitation of arc .... someone knows something?
