hi,

i've tested a little

GRASS 6.3.0RC3 Windows native package

on a german win xp with active-state-tcltk and msys.

v.digit, nviz, r.in.gdal/r.out.gdal, v.in.ogr/v.out.ogr and some other raster-modules are working :o)
