you'd have to make a .qgm file for it, see in the qgis source code for
examples:
trunk/src/plugins/grass/modules-common/
and add an entry in:
trunk/src/plugins/grass/config/default.qgc
(or if installed from a package already
/usr/share/qgis/grass/modules/*.qgm
/usr/share/qgis/grass/config/default.qgc
)
