Hello

Put the script into the bin folder of your GRASS libary (the place where the add-ons are also stored)

Then you can start them in the Command Console of GRASS with
"scriptname.py", assuming that you've set the script options (#%) correctly.

Just look at:

There are many!

I use Textwrangler on my Mac and before the
standard IDLE editor.
