[GRASS-user] set region extent to display in wxpython gui

Using tcltk interface, there is a button/dropdown "Set computational
region extents to match display" in the Map Display.

What is the comparable command line syntax, and how to set this using
the wxpython GUI?

from map display toolbar choose "zoom options" and then "set
computation region from display".
