Hi
Is possible to snap only nodes autommaticaly in given treshold?
similar to
v.clean tool=snap
but without moving verticles
thanks

Hmm, how can you snap nodes without moving them? Propably I'm missing
something. Please explain.
Cheers

v.clean psnaps nodes and verticles in given treshold. I look for procedure which will be snaping nodes (ends of lines or boundaries) without affecting all verticles in line.
If I use v.clean to join lines close to each other in given treshold it also simplify the shape of lines

Sorry but I still don't get it. Can you send me a shapefile sample and
describe what you want to achieve in regard to this particular example?
