Something strange happened here running grass7.7.svn (r73607).
In ~/data/grassdata/ when I start grass77 in any mode the only locations
available are those related to the most recent project. I seen in
~/.grass7/rc the location name of that project and the mapset last used.
What is the best way to clear this so each invocation of grass7 sees all
available locations?
