[GRASS-user] Strange installation problem in Fedora Core 5

Has this happened to any of you?

When i install grass 6.2 in my Fedora Core 5 Server and i reboot the x
windows don't work anymore.

if i recover a backup of my x windows system then grass 6.2 stops working.

What can i do? Any ideas?

If you are installing from RPM, the fc6 RPMs also work on fc5.
