[GRASS-user] Troubles to downlaod msvcr71.dll for grass install

Hi,

I download the WinGRASS-7.0.1-1-Setup.exe setup to install the Grass
on my Win7 64bit.

It is correctly install, but when try to download the msvcr71.dll it
was unable to download it.
Because my pc is in a firewall protected network with a proxy.
And seem that the install procedure don't recognize the proxy settings.

So I need to download the msvcr71.dll with a browser and install it manually.

There is an url form where to download the same package msvcr71.dll
used from the grass instal procedure ?
