Dear list,
I try to intersect a polygon theme with a mesh of lines using the v.overlay command. Executing this command results in the following message:
Copying binput lines ...
could not open the existing vector file 'Mesh16m on level 2
What does level 2 mean? And is there another option to intersect both themes holding the attributes of my polygon theme as well as areas?
Regards
Chris

'Level 2' means vector topology level. Try to rebuild topology of
Mesh16m using v.build.
holding the attributes of my polygon theme as well as areas?
Sorry, I do not fully understand this. Can you explain?
Martin
