Hello,
I am attempting to use v.patch in GRASS 7.1 svn. After running v.patch I get the following error:
Intersections at borders will have to be snapped
Lines common between files will have to be edited
The header information also may have to be edited
v.patch is being run on the results of v.in.lidar which appear to be imported correctly. The results of running v.patch appear correct as well. I simply want to make sure that these errors will not be an issue during further analysis.
From what I can find on earlier posts to this mailing list for GRASS 5 & 6 [e.g. 1 ], it appears v.clean tool=snap is recommended. Is this still the case?

Hi John,
these are not error messages, just some recommendations which are apparently confusing and don’t apply to your situation.
