[GRASS-user] windows grass62 downloading error

Well, I was trying to get a "bug free" version... they were recommending 62
or 63 on cygwin.

hi,

you can find a nice windows installer of GRASS 6.3 at

http://grass.osgeo.org/grass63/binary/mswindows/native/WinGRASS-6.3.0-4-Setup.exe

that's the actual stable native windows-version built on msys.
