[GRASS-user] wingrass 6.3 vs cygwin grass 6.1

Hello,

it seems that Wingrass has some bigger problems like not beeing able to create new locations, ...

So can someone perhaps add the link to the installation guide for the 6.1 cygwin version again? I cant remember fully what packages were needed to install cygwin grass and I also dont find the link to the startupscript grass61.bat.

I found it again, it is included at the bottom of the wingrass 6.3 page.
