I've changed the iconset to the GRASS icons
(Config>Preferences>Advanced) and now I can't go back to the "slik"
iconset.
P.S.
g.version
GRASS 6.3.svn (2008)
downloaded 2 days ago or so.

Hi Martin!
It doesn't work for me... ?
How can I trace the error?
Thank you,
Nikos
Hi,
to change icon set you need to restart GUI, 'apply' is not enough
here, you need to 'save' settings.

Sorry for the mail-traffic.
Yes, I restarted. But with the grass icons I can't see the option change
icons under Advanced any more!

O.K.
I restarted GRASS and it works. Before I was just restarting wxgrass.
Thank you.
Hi,
restarting GUI should be enough (at least it is on my pc).
Exit GUI.

Yes,
"Saving" as you said is important.
Yet I think that GUI-lovers will get trapped and just hit the "Apply"
button (...one of the favourite buttons for no-*nix OSes). Maybe make it
one button "Apply & Sace" ?

apply -> apply changes only for the current session
save -> apply changes for the current and also the next sessions

It makes sense. In any case, the new GUI is really good.
Just curious:
How difficult is it to create an option like
for i in SOMETHING; do r.in.gdal blablabla... ; done
and the same for v.in.ogr?

please create 'task' ticket in Trac for that. A tool enabling user to
design simple scripts in GUI-style (as diagram, see 'map calculator')
could be nice idea.
