Not sure when it will be on the newstands but you can preview the cover at:

The cover art was supposed to be related directly to the GRASS article,
but my photo was deemed to "artsy, not computery enough" by the powers
that be (though the Margie the editor really pushed for it). So they went
with a generic cover, but hey in these days with "linux" a buzzword in
the media it helps gets the word out about GRASS being alive !
Many thanks to Trevor Kludt and Markus Neteler for helping making the text
for this article robust and a reality! Many thanks also to the GRASS
community at large for continuing to support and grow a kick ass GIS!
