Ah, found bug.report.sh [GRASS 5.0.0pre1 (May 2001) ]
I notice that bug.report.sh's man page is quite out of date.
Also the final choices one gets,
1) mailed to neteler@geog.uni-hannover.de .
2) added to the file /home/jidanni/grass.bugs .
3) both 1 and 2.
4) thrown away.
don't allow one to go back in the editor.
Also where did it get the idea that only GRASS's commands
could have bugs, and not say, it's webpages. I.e. you must give it a
command name to work.
