grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 5.0.0.pre3
1. I would like to have the program r.water.outlet. Its seems that it has been removed, but it is needed for the program r.topmodel.
2. Does there exist an interface for SWAT-GRAS running within the CYGWIN environment?
