Subject: r.sun: meta-data should be put in hist file not r.sun_out.txt
r.sun currently outputs meta data to a file called r.sun_out.txt.
This should be written to the output raster's hist file, i.e. appear in r.info.
If you do multiple r.sun runs in a script, you only get to see the parameters
for the latest run currently.
s.surf.rst does this for listing its input parameters for example.
