[GRASS5] [bug #2150] (grass) PG.IN.DBF - import error

Subject: PG.IN.DBF - import error

grass obtained from: Other (CDROM etc)
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

in module pg.in.dbf there is a BIG error.
When it import dbf files it creates pgsql table in current db. It creates field similar DBF structure
but there is a BIG error in floating numbers. If there is a value with decimal point the module
pg.in.dbf always create REAL field. THIS IS AN ERROR ! Real field is limited to 6 number including
fractions: the numbers are broken. IT must creates NUMERIC field, the only exact field for
decimal precision. Please correct this one !!
