OK, just uploaded one. Note that testing was light - besides a few typical commands (including tcltkgrass, r.in.gdal & NVIZ (see bug#2349) on the build machine (RH8), I have only very lightly tested on another (Debian "testing") machine.

Included libgdal 1.2.0

Oh, and yes there seem to be manual pages.
