Subject: d.what.vect fails after first time
d.what.vect fails with a broken pipe error after the first time it is run for any vector map. It works fine
the first time, but will not produce the interactive window thereafter until GRASS is restarted. It does
work correctly if any of the flags -xtdf are set--sending output to the GRASS x-terminal. This has
been a problem since the first version of 5.7 I saw in October 2003.
