[GRASS5] [bug #2579] (grass) v.in.ascii can't import vector files from v.out.ascii (GRASS 5.3)

I'm closing this one and creating a wish for 5.4 according to what Hamish wrote:

maybe v.in.ascii in 5.3 should have a check to see if it is the newer version?
