[GRASS5] [bug #2704] (grass) v.report: no way to turn off ^H jazz

In v.report, there's no way to turn off the
   Processing line ^H^H^H
stuff. Sure one can do 2>&-, but that will wipe out any error messages.

Same for v.support I bet.

Hold on, there are tons of

  GIS WARNING: category support for vector file [95211sw04.94423] in
  mapset [jidanni] missing

messages in my mailbox, not mentioning what command caused them. And
of course that they will be sent is not mentioned on their man page.

Maybe next time I should use /dev/null.
