Subject: unable tp locate TCL includes

grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

I couldn't run the grass.5.3.0 because when i did ./configure
I got error message : unable to locate TCL includes

You have to install several packages to compile GRASS.
Please see the REQUIREMENTS.html file in the source code package.
