[GRASS5] [bug #2895] (grass) d.zoom: position of the pointer when unzooming

It seems some attention could be payed to the position of the pointer
when clicking unzoom in d.zoom instead of throwing it away. Perhaps it
could do unzoom and move a little.
OK, maybe only matters for tiny unzooms.
Also: no panning available!
