Subject: d.m menu: more minor adjustments
getting ridiculously picky now in the language dept:
In the d.m menu system, maybe
Raster -> Develop map -> Reproject raster from other location
Vector -> Develop map -> Reproject vector from other location
change "other" to "another"
?

I thought about it and felt that "other location" = a different location was
a little more accurate than "another location". I don't have strong feelings
one way or the other, but didn't change it.
