After updating to CVS today the error is different. The blue-red is no longer
forced, but nothing is displayed at all when selecting "custom gradient".
Maybe it's because thematic map in d.m outputs "{colorscheme=custom gradient}"
instead of "colorscheme=custom_gradient", like the plain d.vect.thematic does?
