Subject: r.in.gdal: satellite image import - POINTS file wrong

Hi again,
another bug: r.in.gdal generates a group/POINTS file in case of
GCPs present in imported satellite images (a great feature!).
However, the xy-coordinates don't match the current region, they
are negative. Frank, you fixed that recently,
but it is not yet uploaded to CVS...
Just to record this remaining problem,
