[GRASS5] can I close few bugs of mine?

Hi

There are few bug reports by me which seem to have been resolved. Shall I change their status or is it developers' domain?

I think many bugs are inappropriate, and scaring for new users.

I can't change report status as a guest: "You don't have the permission to
modify request". How do I create an RT account?
