[GRASS5] Configure Error

Hi!
Iam trying to install GRASS 6 on SUSE linux ,
I get this error

configure error: unable to locate external PROJ.4 includes

Please Help me out.

You need to install the PROJ.4 Cartographic Projections library

This may be found at
http://www.remotesensing.org/proj
or
http://proj.maptools.org/

you must have proj installed.
