Can you be more specific about what you are trying to do?
As far as I can see CVS is up and working.

As far as I can see CVS is up and working.
Is working now... I couldn't do anything before,
just got Permission denied -- possibly ssh rather than the CVS itself.

Today the whole university where the GRASS CVS server is located
has an internet problem. CVS is down right now until they solve it.
