[GRASS5] d.mon with PROJ4 support

Hello Paul, developers,

I just wanted to make you aware of the efforts to make
d.mon PROJ4-capable:

Projected d.mon examples (in a temp-directory):
http://grass.itc.it/outgoing/test/ViewProj/viewproj/html/viewproj.examples.html

This has been developed by Beverly Wallace, Lockheed Martin Space Systems
and lives in
http://grass.itc.it/outgoing/
-> display_viewproj_src.tar.gz

It uses an older PROJ4 (4.3.3) version which is in a local directory in the
package.
