In the state83 file distributed with 5.0.3, 5.3, and 5.7 there is a typographical error in the definition of the 4 wyoming state plane coordinate zones. The longitudes are defined as north, rather than west.
For example:
lon_0: 107d20'n
lon_0: 107d20'w
