first it would be nice to have the spec files and specific patches
to go into CVS. This is at:
http://www.freegis.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/grass6/rpm/fedora/
If you do not know somebody with CVS write access directly,
you can post the diffs to this list.

Try the weblist.
Markus does most of the work in there.
He also administrates the server space for binaries there.
