[GRASS5] french translation of tutorial

Hello all,

Many thanks to Paul Hoszowski for the translation of the tutorial !

I just imported the files into src/fr/tutorial in the grass_doc CVS
module, so now it will be easier for everyone (who speaks french) to help.
