[GRASS5] GRASS 5.7 + QGIS on OSX ?

Hi,

just wondering what the status of patched GDAL + GRASS 5.7 + QGIS on Mac
OSX was? Is this something that could be modularly added to the OSX
binaries?

Well, I gave a grass57.info file for Fink that I need to get checked into Fink's CVS, which I'll get to soon, if that helps.

Do you have any opinion if Fink should have the ability to have grass 5 and grass 5.7.0 installed on the same system at the same time?

Yes, that's fine to have both in parallel.
You can even work in the same location with a few limits.

Fink unstable for 10.3 now has a grass package with grass 5.0.3 that was just updated from 5.0.2. It also has a grass5.7 package for grass 5.7.0.

The 10.2 and 10.2-gcc3 Fink trees remain unchanged.
