[GRASS5] grass documentation cvs modules

Hi everyone,

A while ago, a discussion started about the creation of a grass documentation module on the FreeGis cvs. Someone suggested that it would be better to include the doc within the Grass source tree. Others prefer a separate module, so that people can download only the documentation without much hassle. In my opinion this latter solution (separate module, but keeping the man pages within the src tree) also allows an easier management between different versions of Grass. But I have no definite answer to what is best.

So, suggestions/opinions please

to avoid that the GRASS source code package get's too big,
I suggest to put the docs into a separate directory inside the
GRASS CVS.
