[GRASS5] grass install script fix

Hi,

I have applied a bugfix when DESTDIR and BINDIR are identical
(updated binaryInstall.src). Before the grass5 start script
was overwritten, now it should be fine.

It's a surprise that we didn't found that (got that from a user).
