FYI,
Markus and I are in the process of changing files names
that are the same for upper/lower case. This is because
windows cannot distinguish between the two. You will
notice some messages from the cvs command about files
being updated and others being removed because of this.
A 'cvs update -A' brings out the most recent and removes
older ones. Markus has changed the Gmakefiles to reflect
these changes.
