[GRASS5] Grass on Mac OS x - preview

We can do it now with bwidget. At least we can have a similar layout. I
don't know if the button styles etc. can be done since they seem more
tied to the window manager. But we just need to change tcltkgrass to use
the bwidget stuff to get that type of layout.
