[GRASS5] .grassrc5 and .grassrc53

I updated CVS to make the rc file and lockfile names correspond to the
GRASS version. So if you want to keep your rc file settings from 5.0 (or
older 5.3 versions) to use with 5.3.0, copy ~/.grassrc5 to ~/.grassrc53
