[GRASS5] Installing GRASS on Windows XP

Hi everyone,

I'm moving to GRASS and I'm encountering some difficulties. I have a Windows XP machine and have installed Cygwin already. I've tried to install GRASS but it has not successfully loaded. Can someone point me to the download site where I can find the newestest version and instructions for downloading, and installing can be found.
