[GRASS5] Let's release 6.0.2

Hi,

let me propose to get 6.0.2 out in the next days. So far I
merged some more bugfixes and extracted this relevant list from
the Changelog:

What's new in GRASS 6.0.2

Selected Bugfixes (see ChangeLog for details)

    * no longer ring the bell for messages which just inform
    * gis library: fixed (rare) bug where row pointers were enlarged to 8 bytes, overwriting the beginning of the data
    * sites library: bugfix for gstat interface
    * Documentation: updates
    * New mapset creation: pre-define DBF default settings for attributes
    * ps.map: region command fixed
    * r.fillnulls: extended ring to 3 pixels, MASK management fix; resolution < 1 fix
    * r.regression.line: functional now
    * r.stats: fixed segmentation fault in certain cases
    * v.in.e00: do rebuild topology
    * Scripts: Fixed remaining awk related calculation problems in scripts for various locales

Please verify that important fixes are ported back, then let's
release.

I have drafted an announcement at
http://grass.itc.it/announces/announce_grass602.html

I went to the latest grass 6.0.x chahgelog
http://grass.itc.it/grass60/source/snapshot/ChangeLog.gz
and couldn't find info about fixes for
https://intevation.de/rt/webrt?serial_num=3876&display=History
ported.

It would be good to have them.

OK.

Then can we do 6.2? The current 6.1 cvs seems very stable. We just keep
adding more functionality.
