To Grass list,
I modified the libes/dbmi/drivers/odbc Gmakefile
to change -lnsl to $(XDRLIB). Please do not hard-code
your specific RPC library into the Gmakefiles. Use
the variables that are defined in src/CMD/head file.
This file is updated to your system when you run the
configure shell script.
