[GRASS5] Mac OS X errors

Here's an update:

Now Fixed:
  src/sites/s.kcv
  src/raster/r.random
  src/sites/s.random
  src/raster/r.mapcalc

After updating r3.mapcalc, I get the error:
src.contrib/GMSL/g3d/src3d/raster/r3.mapcalc:
   /usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols:
   _drand48

I could not get "lesstif" compiled.
