However, this would be 5.0.0pre1b. Or shall I re-tag and we produce
5.0.0pre2 ?
So, unless there are objections, I will get the latest CVS and compile that ?

Hi,
one short question:
I checked out the release_grass500pre1_20_may_2001 version for testing.
If i update now with cvs update -dP nothing is updated.
Do i have to switch back to the release branch
releasebranch_11_april_2001_5_0_0 to get the new code?
I am a bit confused right now. The grasscvs page does not help too.
Hi Andreas,
please note that we have
tags
--+----+------------> exp (main) (currently unused)
\
\
\ +tag: release_grass500pre1_20_may_2001
+--------|--------------+-------> releasebranch_11_april_2001_5_0_0
|
today
You see that you may not mix tags on release_branch and the branch itself.
Does this clear the situation?
Regards
Markus
