[GRASS5] new version 0.97 of Extension Manager

Hi all,

I have just put a new version (0.97) of the
GRASS Extension Manager on my webpage.

You will find the download links at the bottom of
the page.

This version fixes all bigs reported to me so far.
Please download and try.

If no more critical bugs are reported, this will be
the released as the first stable version 1.0.

P.S.: there is also a fixed version of the
AdvancedViewshedAnalysis extension.
