[GRASS5] New version option

Hello all

I have just added a new version option to grass5 in CVS. It effects a
few things. First grass5 -v or grass5 --version will print the version
of grass. Second, I changed g.version so that it only prints the version
by default, but adding a -c option will print the copyright as well.

I felt that since the copyright was so long, it should be printed
optionally, however, if anyone feels g.version should print the
copyright by default just let me know. It is easy to change.

Also, there is a new grass5 html manual page. You can find it by going
to

http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/gdp/html_grass5/index.html

and clicking on GRASS startup.

Hi again

I forgot to mention that I had to change the g.version program to be a
cmd executable instead of a inter executable. So to get g.version to
work properly, you will have to remove etc/bin/main/inter/g.version, run
gmake5 on the g.version directory, and then run gmakelinks5.
