[GRASS5] Newbee problem starting grass5 on Win2K

I install cygwin, XFree86 and GRASS 5.0 precompiled

When I start grass5 with the followin command

/usr/local/bin/grass5

The first screen is this:

WELCOME TO GRASS Version 5.0.0pre2 September 2001

1) Have at ....
2) When working on your ...
3) Check the GRASS webpage for feedback...

Hit RETURN to continue

Then when I hit RETURN, the following message apears:

Error opening terminal: xterm.
Invalid resource file, removing /administrator/.grassrc5

administrator@SIG ~
$

What am I doing wrong?

if I type xterm... it works fine.....

This means that xterm's terminfo file can't be located (it should
exist as /usr/share/terminfo/x/xterm). Ensure that you have installed
the "terminfo" package.
